Saba® - Freedom to feel comfortable.

Did you know that your V zone has a specific PH?

We've already told you that the hygiene of your V zone is super important, but why? Different circumstances can alter its PH, making it more prone to infections or complications. And the truth is, nobody wants that!

Did you know that the vestibular glands in charge of lubrication can become clogged? 🤔

Well, yes, this happens due to a lack of hygiene in this area. It can be avoided with a daily cleaning routine that prevents the fat and lubricant generated by these glands from getting trapped in your V-zone.

Your V zone has a particular PH, from 4 to 4.5. Any variation outside this range increases the risks of infections. The PH can vary by multiple factors such as lack of hygiene, sexual intercourse, humidity, type of underwear, etc. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to have control of our PH. The only way to know your PH levels are healthy is by visiting your gynecologist.

But what can I do to control my PH levels? It's easy! You just have to consider these factors to help avoid changing the environment of your V zone, which helps maintain the balance of its pH. Infections are the most significant reason people need to consult a gynecologist.

Our recommendations to keep you clean, fresh, and protected at all times are:

1. If you find something atypical, go to the doctor. There is no small sign. An early diagnosis can avoid many trips to the doctor.

2. Observe your discharge: odor, itching, pain, burning, foam, or coloration are determining factors to consider when ruling out any type of infection or bacteria in your V zone.

3. Do not self-medicate: There are several creams and medications advertised, but self-medicating can only generate bacterial resistance that complicates things.

4. Choose a safe method of hair removal: If you are thinking about waxing your V-zone, consult your gynecologist. They can guide you to make the best decision and help you see the pros and cons of each existing method.

5. Choose your clothes wisely: Remember that cotton clothes are recommended for your V-zone.

6. Look for products that suit you: panty liners, wet wipes, and intimate washes. Consider the one that meets your needs and makes you feel comfortable.

7. Use a specialized soap: Remember that your V zone is delicate. Saba® Intimate washes are created to keep the PH of your V zone balanced thanks to its ingredients, which help keep lactobacilli under control.

Remember that not using a specialized product for this area can affect your V-zone and even cause dermatosis. We don't want that! 😱

8. Use panty liners:  These provide comfort and avoid the discomfort caused by discharge. It is essential to consider if your skin is hypersensitive or allergic to anything so you can choose what product best suits you.

9. Use wet wipes: Again, choose a specialized product. The advantage of Saba® Sensiti-V™ Wet Wipes is that you can carry them at your discretion and clean up after your gym workout or any physical activity.  Avoid the accumulation of moisture generated by sweat and your body's natural fluids.

Finally, remember there is no age to start caring for your V-zone. The younger you start paying attention and caring, the better.

Always, always, always use specialized products for your V-zone because it is so delicate. That's why we have created a line of products so you can take care of it the best way.
