Side effects of birth control

Saba® makes you feel #CómodaContigo.

Welcome back, and as you probably remember we already talked about birth control FAQs. And obviously using them allows you to protect yourself against unwanted pregnancy and STD’s.

Hormonal methods result in some different reactions since we’re putting some extra hormones in our body.

This is what you should keep in mind about-about the side effects of birth control:

IUD- This might cause some pain when it’s put in.

Birth control patch- Soreness on the skin where the patch is.

Pill- Changes in your level of sexual desire.

Vaginal ring- Little extra vaginal wetness.

Birth Control Implant- Pain or bruising where the implant was inserted.

Diaphragms-  Can be hard to use correctly.

Remember that the only birth control that protects you against an STD is the condom.

Remember that every birth control has some disadvantages but they usually go away after 3 months. It’s really important that you take care of your body and your health if you’re planning to have an active sex life. If you have further questions remember that can write to us or ask a professional who’s close to you. 👩‍⚕️ 👨‍⚕️
